After 9 years as an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Witherow opened his office in 2008 in his hometown of Port Jervis to offer experienced legal services to the community. Matthew resides in Port Jervis with his wife Liz and their two children, Joshua and Emma.
Recognizing the diverse legal needs of his clients, Matthew has recently expanded his practice to include representation of clients in Pennsylvania.
